Pentecost Sunday 28th May: Focus: Easter isn’t just about Jesus’ resurrection from the dead, but our rising to new life. – The first Easter – that day in human history where Jesus Christ was raised from the dead – is not simply a historical fact, but a theological & spiritual reality in which we continue to live. We are immersed in the life that was created for us in his rising, & we celebrate that “little Easter” in every Sunday Eucharist. Through the grace received there & the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we are sent as workers in the kingdom, helping to renew the face of the earth.

SYMPATHY: We remember in our prayers at this time: Joe Henry, Ballaghadereen & formerly of Belra, (brother of the late Tommy & Jimmy Henry, Belra, & Bea Henry, Loughill).

May the Souls of the faithful departed rest in peace
