Ella Finan’s Bake Sale & raffle

Thanks to all who supported, donated, sponsored and attended Ella’s hugely successful bake sale for her charity mission to Fiji. All support was greatly appreciated. Ella has exceeded her target, thanks to a great community effort, and will be making a donation with the excess, details of which will be issued at a later date.  

First Holy Communion: For the children of 2nd Class in Mullinabreena Church on Saturday 13th May at 11am.

 

PPC gathering Saturday 10th June: For all Parish Pastoral Councils in The Park Hotel, Kiltimagh, from 9.30am to 1.30pm (lunch). We will have an invited facilitator to guide the session to reflect on the next steps we need to take as a Diocese looking to the future.

 

Sunday 9th July: The Diocesan Youth Ministry Committee are planning a Youth Pilgrimage to Croagh Patrick.  This will be open to families with young people also. More details to follow.

 

Achonry Farmers Market & Café at the Hub: We would like to encourage people to support both our Community Café & our Local Farmers Market. These amenities offer ideal opportunities for people to get together & are instrumental in creating a dynamic & cohesive Community for us all to live in. Café is open Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm, with Market on Saturday 10am-1pm.

Achonry Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock Sunday 21st May. All parishioners are invited to Knock for this day of prayer & reflection. 2pm Rosary, 2:30pm Anointing of the Sick in the Basilica, 3pm Concelebrated Mass in the Basilica followed by Benediction & Rosary. Our Lady of Knock, Pray for us.
