2nd Sunday of Easter 16th April: Focus: The Lord invites us to touch his wounds & encounter the font of all mercy. – Jesus gives Thomas a great gift when he invites Thomas to touch his wounds. In his wounds, Christ displays his response of mercy to our sinfulness. When we doubt, we can ask the Lord for grace to touch his wounds through prayer & to receive his mercy for us.

Grow in Love: Sunday 23rd April Mullinabreena. All Masses 10am. First Holy Communion will be in Mullinabreena Church on Saturday 13th May at 11am.
Community Games: Athletics competitions takes place at 12noon on Monday 1st May 2023 in Nace O'Dowd Park. Entry forms were distributed to children in Achonry National school before Easter. Art can be completed over Easter holidays & will be collected from Achonry NS on 19th April (ensure your child's name & age is on the back). A fundraising walk will take place in Nace O'Dowd Park on Sunday 23rd April at 6pm. Funds raised will assist with insurance & costs to stage the games. All support/donations gratefully appreciated. Achonry Farmers Market & Café at the Hub: We would like to encourage people to support both our Community Café & our Local Farmers Market. These amenities offer ideal opportunities for people to get together & are instrumental in creating a dynamic & cohesive Community for us all to live in. Café is open Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm, with Market on Saturday 10am-1pm.

The conference is a prelude to the opening of the national 'Year of Vocations to the Diocesan Priesthood' on Good Shepherd Sunday, 30 April, on the theme: 'Take the Risk for Christ'. There is no charge for attending but places are limited.
