Fifth Sunday of Lent 7th April: Focus: God is always doing something new – he is mercy & forgiveness for those who seek him. – Today’s psalm speaks of the great things that God has done. Among them is his giving us the promise to forgive all who come before him with true contrition & who seek his mercy. Through & in Jesus we have the ability to do this, & when we do, we allow God to ‘re-create’ in us – to do something new in us.
