Readers of Universal Prayer

Saturday 14th July 8pm Hannah Lee (M)

Sunday 15th 11:30am Kenneth Coleman (M)

14th Sunday in Ordinary Time 1st July: Focus: As Christians, fidelity to Christ & the Gospel must be the hallmark of our lives. -  At first glance our readings seem rather pessimistic. Ezekiel is entrusted with a difficult commission, Paul has a thorn in his side & Jesus is rejected by his own. But in another sense, each reading is a reminder that when our eyes are fixed on the Lord, not even the threat of danger can deter us.

SYMPATHY: We remember in our prayers at this time: Joan Coleman, Seafield Drive, Sligo, (sister of William Coleman & the late Margaret Gormalley), Patricia Foley, Tubbercurry, (mother of Nicola Marren, Carniara).

May the Souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
