We gather on this, the Lord’s Day, to turn our hearts & minds toward Christ as we celebrate his loving presence in our midst & the hope of life eternal.

Mullinabreena Church re-opening 8pm Sat 30th July. The weekday Masses are back to the normal rota.

Thanks to the Contractor & Painter for completing the work within the specified time. Sincere thanks also to the Altar Society for their great work in cleaning & preparing the church & having it ready once again for our regular weekly services. THANK YOU.  

 

Reek Sunday 2022: The annual Reek Sunday pilgrimage takes place on Sunday July 31st at Croagh Patrick. Confessions on the summit 7:30am - 2:00pm.  Mass hourly from 8:00am - 2.00pm.

Achonry Farmers Market & Café at the Hub: We would like to encourage people to support both our Community Café & our Local Farmers Market. These amenities offer ideal opportunities for people to get together & are instrumental in creating a dynamic & cohesive Community for us all to live in. Café is open Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm, with Market on Saturday 10am-1pm. 

 

The Fr. Patrick Peyton Centre are looking for volunteers to help in the recently opened information hub in Knock village close to the Shrine called ‘Mission of Father Patrick Peyton CSC’. If you would like to help please call the Centre 096-45374.

Covid 19: The number of deaths worldwide is now at 6,420,087 (official figure), experts say the true figure is now over 18 million. Republic of Ireland deaths 7,640. That’s 103 deaths in Ireland last week. The number of positive cases in Ireland is 1,645,166 so 1 in every 3 has now tested positive.

The work on the roof is complete & the Church has re-opened.
