As disciples of the one true God, we must find our voice & speak his holy truth even when it may be inconvenient or unwanted.

KNOCK NA SHEE: Cormac McSparron and Dirk Brandherm of THE KNOCK NA SHEE PROJECT are returning to give a talk in St. Nathy’s Hall on Friday 31st January at 7.30 p.m. about their findings during their excavation in 2018, along with their plans to revisit Knock na Shee in 2020. Hope you can make it.  Everybody welcome.

Tubbercurry FRC Rainbows Programme:  Rainbows is a free, listening, peer, group support service that provides support for children from the age of 7, after they have experienced a Parental Separation and or Bereavement. Tubbercurry FRC Rainbows will offer a 9 week listening, group support programme starting on Thurs 30th Jan 6–7pm. Cultural Companions at the Hawk’s Well theatre is a new initiative that aims to create a community of like-minded people to attend theatre events and shows together. She shares the beautiful songs both in English & Irish with the audience. She believes every song has a story to tell, let it be in an old traditional song, a ballad or a lively jolly song. She sings about love, emigration, tragedy & songs that you seldom hear nowadays. 

The Coleman Music Centre –Due to popular demand we have a 2nd showing of The Quiet Man in our theatre on Sat next Jan 18th at 8.30pm. Membership fee €4. We look forward to seeing you.

Banada Tourlestrane Housing Association (BTHA): Supply meals-on-wheels to elderly, the sick, those just returned home from hospital, or others who through circumstances are not able to prepare meals for themselves. The service is daily & can be availed of by calling BTHA office 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday on 071 9181562. Meals are freshly home cooked & consist of a dinner & desert.
