The Priory Institute, offers an online retreat based on the 'O Antiphons' of Advent which were composed in the 6th or 7th century to accompany the Magnicat Evening Prayer for the last seven days of Advent. More recently they have been used as Gospel acclamation verses in the celebration of Mass. A team of presenters will guide participants through a series of reflections on these great 'O Antiphons' during the second part of Advent from 17th to 23rd Dec. This retreat is offered entirely online with one reflection per day beginning with an introduction on 16th December & ending on Christmas Day, comprising ten reflections in all.
