26^th Sunday in Ordinary Time 30^th September: Focus: Would that all the people of the Lord were prophets! – Jesus says, There is no one who performs a mighty deed in my name who can at the same time speak ill of me. By our baptism we are called to prophecy, & to share the good news of salvation. May we have the enthusiasm of Eldad, Medad & the unknown follower of the Gospel – having no fear in proclaiming the truth & not waiting to be told what to do.

Blood Donation Clinic in St. Brigid's Hall, Tubbercurry Thurs 4^th Oct. from 4.30 to 8pm. As always, the demand for blood continues & every possible donation is desperately needed. Injured & sick people live because other people give. Blood is life & giving some is one of the greatest gesture of love & care that most people will ever have chance to avail of.

Fr. Peyton Centre 20^th Anniversary on Sunday 14^th October:. Starting at 2pm with an exhibition on the centre's 20 year history & also on the Rosary Rallies in Ireland. Tubbercurry Men’s Shed @ Banada is back up & running again. The group is open to all men aged 18 & over. New members are always welcome.
