Sligo Leader Partnership Co on behalf of the Digital Skills for Citizens program. Digital Skills for citizens is a basic internet computer class run for people with no or a limited knowledge of the internet. It is a free 10 hour course which takes place over 5 two hourly sessions in centres across Co. Sligo. It is aimed at helping these people to develop their basic internet browsing skills. It is Church Music Summer School time again. The Summer School 2017 from Wed 5th to Sat 8th July. The guest director this year is Órla Barry, Ballinteer. She conducted Summer School 2011 when Sing the Mass was launched. She is accompanied by our Irish composers: Bernard Sexton, Ephrem Feeley & Liam Lawton. The theme for the Summer School is: Joy For The World, preparing for the World Meeting of Families 2018.
