3^rd Sunday of Easter 30^th April: Focus: Scripture confirms Jesus’ identity as the only Begotten Son of God. – To appreciate who Jesus is in God’s plan of salvation, we must look to the Hebrew Scriptures – the written word of God fulfilled by Jesus, the Word of God becomes flesh. With gratitude & the deepest of appreciation that we have been redeemed by Jesus, the spotless unblemished lamb, let us strive to build up the kingdom of God on earth each day by living as faithful disciples of Jesus.

Achonry Site: A significant element of the premises at Achonry is vacant & the Local Enterprise Office with Aurivo & others are exploring if the premises could be developed as a food hub or food production facility. While this process is still at an early stage a significant number of brochures have been circulated to potentially interested parties & a number of players in the food industry. The premises could have a significant advantage for food businesses like affordable, flexible terms, good broadband, assistance with distribution channels through Aurivo, designed to meet health & safety requirements. Developing a project like this would represent another asset for Sligo & over time, could contribute hugely to the development of local food businesses & this region.
