1st Sunday of Lent 5th March: Focus: Jesus is the model of love & obedience. - It can be difficult to be obedient. Temptations, deceptions, & lack of will can contribute to our failures. When we focus on what love asks us to do, however, we can overcome the obstacles to our desired choices & behaviours. Jesus serves as the model of love & obedience, relying on him in prayer gives us strength to make right choices.

SYMPATHY: We remember in our prayers at this time: Winnie Seery, Cloonacool, (mother of Eileen Brennan, Mullinabreena South), Eddie Johnston, Keighley, Yorkshire, & Cloonacool, (brother of Baby Johnston, Carrowmore).

May the Souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
